Five steps
towards your ideal property.

We don't think that the Bridging and Commercial process should be confusing or difficult. That's why we've built a process that works for you and keeps things simple.

The first part of the process is a call where we will capture all of the information we need to research the whole of the market and find the best deal for you.

We will be asking lots of questions to help us build a better picture of what you are trying to achieve, and how quickly you need it done.

This meeting can be done face-to-face or via video, whichever works best for you.

Completion

Once we have the full offer agreed, we do not stop there.

We will stay in touch until completion, assist with any further queries, liaising with solicitors to ensure you meet the end of the renewal or buying process, to meet the goal you set out to achieve.

As part of our continued service and duty of care, we will stay in touch to ensure you receive professional advice whenever you need it in the future.

Application & Offer

If we find and agree a suitable product for you, we will manage the full application process for you from application to offer, ensuring a smooth, stress free journey.

We will be in regular contact with the bank and all third parties involved valuers and solicitors throughout, to ensure you receive a valid offer to complete your renewal or purchase.

You will be updated throughout at key stages.
